Dr Hannah Young

Hannah draws upon her training in a variety of approaches to enhance psychoeducation and therapy for clients.


Training with Dr Janina Fisher has developed the important psychoeducation component of Hannah's work, which formed her training in becoming a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional in the treatment of complex trauma and dissociative disorders (Level II).  She has also trained in Deep Brain Reorienting with Dr Frank Corrigan for trauma processing and is now developing an expertise in the approach.  

Contributing to a number of academic publications, Hannah has also presented nationally and internationally; delivering training to educators and practitioners on child development, disability and trauma.

She is a Registered Member of the BACP, having completed a Postgraduate MSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy.  Her Psychology studies and research are qualified to PhD level, granting Chartered Psychologist status with the British Psychological Society.  Hannah is also an Accredited Clinical Supervisor.
